At Short & Sweet, we offer custom cakes and cupcakes for a variety of occasions. We pride ourselves on creating sweets that tell a story. Whether Joshua’s turning one, Rebecca & Derek just got engaged, or Natalie is having a baby. Being able to play a small part in each of these celebrations is what makes my job so unique and enjoyable.
What to Know Before Ordering
*SIMPLE CAKE: These require you to order at least two weeks prior to the event.
*TIERED/INTRICATE CAKE: These require you to order at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR CAKE SIZE
One of the most important things you'll need to decide when beginning your cake inquiry is how many people you are going to have at your event. Remember that Short & Sweet doesn't only do cakes, we also offer dessert treats, cupcakes and cookies. Take this into account when you decide the number of people you're looking to feed through cake.
6 INCH - 10-15 people
8 INCH - 20-25 people
10 INCH - 30-35 people
TWO TIER - 40-45 people

Lemon Lovers (Lemon cake with lemon curd inside)
STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR FILLING
Want to take your cake up a notch? Add one of these yummy fillings, and it will surely wow your guests! Basic fillings are no charge, whereas fruit & specialty fillings are an additional $5 onto the total cost of your cake.
