It all started with "Cake Fridays"...

I was born in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts into a crazy family of six. Growing up, my mom always encouraged us to get involved in the kitchen. Every Friday we would bake a cake and my mom would switch off choosing which kiddo chose the flavor & design. From that moment on I knew right where I wanted to be.

This passion for baking stayed with me all throughout my childhood and into my college years. Any spare time I would find a new recipe to try. It wasn't until one of my friends asked me to make her a Fathers Day cake in 2017 that my bakery took off.

That's when Short & Sweet was born.

I was teaching during the day and would bake custom cakes during the night. I did this for three years until my dad & I built my bakery at the Tyngsboro Sports Center. I quit my teaching job, opened the bakery full time, and never looked back!
